IWCA 2010 National Welcome Reception
Monday, May 17th on the outdoor deck at The Hilton

Please join us to welcome one another to the 2010 National!  Cash bar and hors d’oeuvres will be available from 5:30 to 7:00 PM.

IWCA National Dog Show Hospitality
Tuesday, May 18th through Friday, May 21st

A hospitality table will be open each morning on the grounds serving beverages and continental breakfast items.  Concession food will also be available throughout the event.

"Cead Mile Failte" Picnic
Tuesday, May 18th on the show grounds – Reservations Required

The IWCA President invites everyone to join together for an appreciation dinner given in honor of the 2010 National Specialty show committee.

The picnic will be held under the Country Plaza building on the show grounds from 4:00 to 7:00 PM.  Dinner and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided.

While there is no cost to the attendees of this event,
reservations are required by April 22nd, 2010.  To make a reservation, please send an email to showchair@iwca2010.com.  Please put the words “Picnic Reservation” in the subject header and put the attendee names in the body of the email.  

Monterey Buffet and Auction
Thursday, May 20th – The Hilton  

We will be holding our annual auction and buffet from 6:00 to 10:00 starting with a no-host cocktail hour.  We have several one-of-a-kind pieces and encourage everyone to attend.  Every ticket purchased to attend the auction and buffet will also enter you for a chance to win our room giveaway raffle, so you cannot afford to miss this event!

Awards Banquet Dinner
Friday, May 21st – The Hilton  

The awards dinner is the closing event for the conformation portion of the week and the opener for the coursing events!  The dinner will be held from 6:00 to 10:00 PM starting with a no-host cocktail hour.  As with the auction buffet, every ticket purchased to this event will enter you for a chance to win our great room giveaway raffle.  Come enjoy a meal with friends, listen to the judges speak, pick up your specialty parting gifts and find out who the raffle winner will be!
