The host hotel for the event is the Pleasanton Hilton, which is only one freeway exit from the show grounds. The hotel has a wonderful restaurant and sports bar, and as a guest, you have complete access to the attached sports club which includes, multiple pools, tennis and squash courts, an indoor climbing wall and full featured gym.
The hotel itself has ample parking (including RV) and a large lot at the back of the hotel suitable for dog walking. The hotel is accustomed to dog events and has hosted Nationals for other breeds. It is our goal to ensure that they continue to be a dog friendly hotel and appropriate hotel etiquette will be strictly enforced by our show committee.
We have secured a rate of $120.00 a night, and there will be a $25 non-refundable pet fee at check in.
The Hilton has provided us with a private reservation site, so feel free to secure your reservation now. If you prefer to call reservations, you will need to declare yourself as part of the Irish Wolfhound Club of America group in order to secure the preferred rate.
While we hope that all attendees will stay at the host hotel, we can suggest other budget hotels in the area, including:

- Best Western
